Tricks to Losing Weight
1. Drink Water:
Have a glass of water with lunch or dinner as often as possible. Many people drink sodas or alcoholic drinks for their meals. If you can at least drink water every other meal, you are sure to lose at least 7-15 pounds a year. Plus, drinking a lot of water helps you to stay full longer.
2. Eat Foods High in Water Content:
Since drinking water helps you to stay full longer, it is smart to eat foods with a lot of water content. Eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and low fat soups.
3. Take an Energy Supplement:
Taking energy supplements are a great way to help you lose weight because they supply you with the energy that your body needs when you are trying to lose weight. Sometimes losing weight can be extremely difficult and it helps to have supplements that give you a bit of a boost.
4. Take Charge of Your Environment:
Go through your pantry and purge everything that is not healthy for you to eat. Get rid of all of the high fat, high calorie foods and replace them with healthy snacks and foods. If there is junk food readily available in your house, you will eat it. If you purge all the food that is bad for you and refuse to purchase any more, then it will be much easier to eat healthily.
5. Learn to Cook Differently:
Cook with nonstick pans and spray. Make every meal in a nonstick pan, and you’ll automatically save 100 calories every time by eliminating the butter, margarine or oil used to grease the pan. Always use fresh, full-flavored ingredients when you are cooking, and you won’t need fattening butter or oil to add flavor.
