Many people will try to cut calories in order to lose more weight. And they usually decide to skip breakfast in order to reach their goals, but research shows that those who eat breakfast every day are more successful with their weight loss attempts.  Eating breakfast helps you not to overeat throughout the rest of the day. And just imagine if you took a weight loss pill with breakfast. You would see results even faster.
