One great way to reduce your caloric intake is to snack healthily(fresh fruits and veggies, nuts, and yogurt). Cut out the unnecessary sugars and calories every day. You will start to feel a huge difference, and then you will see it. And if you want big results, cut those sugary snacks and take Zantrex. The fat will just want to jump right off your body.
