Caffeine: The Underappreciated Stimulant

Zantrex-3 contains a proprietary blend of ingredients, including caffeine, which can also be found in popular hot drinks like coffee or tea.  And while it’s endured various bad raps, there is no conclusive, hard evidence that caffeine is harmful to your health.  In fact, caffeine in daily doses can have a positive effect.

Since caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant, it does provide some positive effects on the human body.  It speeds up your metabolism and increased the breakdown of fat, freeing fatty acids, which are used in energy production during exercise.  In fact, the conversion of fat to energy is 30% more efficient when caffeine is consumed before exercise.

Furthermore, caffeine can increase attentiveness, reduce fatigue, and improve physical performance…all of which can elevate your overall mood.  Not too shabby for something so underappreciated, eh?
