“I started using this product about two months ago I started at 285 and am now at 259 I use two pills in the morning right before breakfast and two before lunch. I usualy [sic] only do the four pills but occasionally do the evening pills as long as I take them four hours before bedtime.”

“I started using this product after i was using lipo 6x and i was at a weight of 220. i actually starting using the product about a week in a half ago and i am now at 213. the best part is that i only used it before working out or if i needed energy with about 12 ounces of water each( works best with lots of water don’t know why it just does).I also started out with one pill 2x a day for the first day with 12 ounces of water and it felt fine the nest day i moved up to two pills 2x a day wit h12 ounces of water as well as water when i worked out and no weird jitters just normal work out ones. i didn’t get head aches and it did curb cravings the only problem is that u souldn’t [sic] take it more than 4 hours of sleep or else you can’t fall asleep, but other than that is product is great.”
