One great way to reduce your caloric intake is to snack healthily(fresh fruits and veggies, nuts, and yogurt). Cut out the unnecessary sugars and calories every day. Valentine’s Day is coming up. And we all know what that means…lots of chocolate. With lots of chocolate comes (unwanted) tighter clothes.
